What is the status of my order?
You can view the status of your order on your account login(hyperlink) or through the link provided in your order confirmation email.
Can I change my order?
We currently do not accept any amendments after an order has been placed. If you believe you’ve made a mistake, or your mind has changed you could cancel the order from my account login and place a new order with the required changes.
Where do you deliver?
Currently, we are providing delivery services to all locations within Male’ & Hulhumale‘. If delivery is to be made to a speedboat or supply vessel then we would be doing the delivery up till the jetty. However, our associates would not be loading the packages to the vessel.
How long does it take to ship my order?
Generally, your order will be delivered within 48hours from the time you place the order. Note that we do not deliver on Fridays. To get a better understanding please refer table below:

All transactions would be carried out in Maldivian Rufiyaa (MVR)
How can I track my package?
You can track your order from your account login. What you’ll be able to see is the status that your current package is at.
What if I’m not home?
Our delivery associate would contact you before heading out to the delivery.
Do you accept returns?
items purchased from Color Bank can be returned within 3 days of receipt of delivery. In some cases, there may be specific types of returns that are applicable to the type of product. To return a product, you would have to visit the Maafannu Color Bank with the product and all relevant bills. Items will be accepted for returns between 9AM and 5PM from Saturdays till Thursdays. You may email us at [email protected]colorbank.mv for clarification of any matter related to your online order.
Can I exchange an item?
Exchanges will be processed on the same day of return of the product so long as it is between 9AM and 5PM except on Fridays. If an item has been approved for an exchange, you may exchange it for a new item of the same product. If the same product is not available due to unavailability of stock, you may exchange it to a product or product(s) of equal value.
Are returns free?
Yes, we do not take additional charges for returns.
How long does it take to process a return?
To return a product please visit the Color Bank (Maafannu) with the product and all documentation (invoice and bills). Once a product has been received and inspected, you will be informed if the product is eligible for a return or not. An email will also be sent to you as notification of receipt of the returned item. The application status of the product will be updated, and you will be notified of the type of return applicable for the product.

Yes, currently we operate three-stores.

What I should expect once my order is placed?
You will receive an order confirmation email that will include an estimated delivery date(s) based on the delivery method selected when the order was placed
Once the order is dispatched, you will receive a delivery confirmation email.
How do I check out online?
Once you have all the items you want in your cart, the next step is to proceed to Checkout. Follow the steps below: In your cart, verify your ordered products
The top section of the screen will display the merchandise you’re ordering. Verify that:
- Size(s) are accurate
- Color(s) are correct
- Quantities are accurate
Sign in to your profile
- If you have a profile, your information will be auto filled
- If you don’t have a profile, you can continue as a guest
Go to Checkout
Select the Proceed to Checkout button
Input/verify contact information
Contact info (phone number and email address) is required so that we can notify you of your order status.
Review your order
This is your last chance to confirm your selections.
- Review your order and make any necessary changes
- Select the Place Order button to confirm your order
Is the pricing same in the store and website?
Color Bank stores and colorbank.mv operate separately, so products and prices offered may differ. For example:
- Certain items carried on colorbank.mv might not be offered in the stores
- A particular item may be priced differently in the stores than on colorbank.mv
Similarly, promotional offers such as coupons and additional discounts offered at one may not be used at the other. For example:
In certain cases, a coupon offered in the stores may not be applied toward purchases on colorbank.mv
Your order was canceled the day after you placed it?
If this happens, it’s likely there was an issue with our inventory—when we tried to locate the item, it was no longer available.
Order confirmation emails not received within an hour?
If you don’t receive an order confirmation email within an hour:
- Check your spam or junk folder
- Check Order History in your colorbank.mv account
If you don’t find your order confirmation email in your spam or inbox folders within an hour, please allow 24 hours for your order to process. Once it’s processed, you’ll receive your order confirmation email.
What if my delivered order is damaged?
We apologize if your item arrived damaged, broken, or defective. Returns are accepted for products that are damaged, defective or expired. Items must be unused and in the same condition at the time of delivery. The sales receipt from the web order number and the invoice are required to be produced at the time of application for returns. Proof of purchase is mandatory for processing any return.
Food products and perishables are not accepted for returns. Additionally, we do not accept returns for health, personal care and sanitary products.
Please note that items that are not in the same condition at the time of receipt of delivery will not be accepted for returns. This includes damage incurred to items after delivery acceptance, items with missing components or parts and any issue of the item that is not due to error on the part of Color Bank.
